Twycross Zoo - Everything Else
There are obviously other animals housed at Twycross Zoo other than the primates, many of whom were very photogenic and complete posers. (I'm looking at you Mr Penguin!)
Project Primate
My Dad decided recently that he wanted to visit Twycross Zoo, as like me he is a massive cat person, and the Zoo has announced the arrival of 2 very cute and endangered Leopard cubs. So this weekend, we took a trip over, and typically the only animals we didn't see were the leopards. It appears that it is almost the only enclosure that has no indoor viewing area, and therefore all we could see was the baby leopards on a black and white tv screen. The parents also declined in making an appearance.
However all was not lost and we wandered around and enjoyed the best of the rest. In the case of Twycross this inevitably means monkeys!

New Lens
Finally got around to splashing out on the Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm 1:1.8 lens. To test it out I've been following my cats around the garden. This has been made easier as one of them is still recovering from a broken elbow and hip.My Dad also helped out by posing!

Trentham Fairies Pt2
After being sent some inspirational photos from a friend of mine taken of the Trentham fairies, I decided to go back with my camera firmly in monochrome mode to try and get some more photos. I even managed to find a couple of the ones I'd missed previously, though one is still eluding me! (Excuse for another trip!)
