Croatian Paradise

After years of winter holidays and using the summers to visit friends, I decide I was in need of a proper summer holiday.
After some appropriate deliberation I settled on a week touring the Croatian islands near Split on a traditional sailing boat.

The weather unfortunately was not 7 days of 30°C blue skies and millpond seas, instead it was interspersed with the odd summer rain and high winds. That said there was still plenty of sunbathing and swimming off the boat to help me wind down after some busy months at work.

The tour took us to the islands of Korčula, Hvar and Brač, whilst also taking in the Pelješac peninsula and the port town of Trogir.
